The first item that we’d like to chat about is getting into the correct mind set. That mindset needs to be one of solutions. Realize that there will be challenges in this process. So, we believe that once we have accepted that their will be challenges we can move on to something more positive. So, no complaints are needed. Every phone call you make from the first to the last call you should be asking questions and searching for solutions.
Every call and every question should be thought of with the end in view.  This means that each call has a reason to it. So, in the first few calls, we like to assemble information that we may need further down the road. Specially when working with a new bank, there should be a collection of evidence. In gathering this information you can assist yourself to comprehend how each particular bank works and what steps they use to complete a short sale business deal.
As soon as you have your listing in MLS, you should fax your borrowers authorization to the lender’s correspondence division. You can frequently find that contact information on the mortgage statement.
As soon as you have sent that borrowers authorization, wait 2 days and then confirm that they have received the form. You might find that they didn’t get it. Still, don’t be stunned. You could get a new number to fax it to. Check out the video for further information.
Keep in mind, we are gathering information and playing detective to simplify this practice for the present and forthcoming transactions.
